01 Free Shipping Within Canada

Free Standard Post shipping applies to orders over $80 within Canada before taxes.

Oversized items and hazardous goods do not qualify for free shipping. Orders under $80 are shipped at the applicable Standard Post rate.

02 Shipping Within Canada

All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta and typically take two to three business days to process.

Order Processing

Please allow two to three business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Standard Shipping

Orders are sent by Standard Post unless otherwise specified.

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically arrives four to ten business days from the date of shipment.

After your order has been processed, we will send you an email with your tracking number. We encourage you to use the tracking information provided to follow your shipment online.

Orders are insured in case of damage or loss. Provincial and federal taxes are applied during checkout based on the destination of the order.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

03 Shipping to the United States

APEX ships to the United States.

Because U.S. import rules and tariff rates can change and may vary based on the product, country of origin, order value and shipping method, U.S. orders are reviewed individually before purchase.

Please email info@apexproseries.com with:

the APEX products you would like to purchase;
the quantity of each product; and
your complete shipping address.

We will provide an estimate of the shipping cost, applicable duties or tariffs, customs-processing charges and expected delivery date. We will also confirm whether these charges will be prepaid by APEX or payable by you when the shipment arrives.

Any duty or tariff amount provided before purchase is a good-faith estimate based on the product information and rates available at that time. Final duties and applicable import taxes are determined by U.S. Customs. Any brokerage, processing or disbursement charges are determined by the shipping carrier. These amounts may change before the shipment clears customs.

If the estimated charges change materially before your order is shipped, we will contact you before proceeding.
